Plant Risk Assessments
WAM training has extended its range of services to include plant risk assessment.
WAM Training applies State legislation, Australian Standards and State codes of practice to an extensive database consisting of over 75,000 models of equipment and 2500 makes of machinery, plant and equipment.
After completing a specific survey for your item of plant, WAM Training will provide a full risk assessment report including;
- hazard identification
- hazard risk rating
- remedial actions and time frames
- relevant Australian Standards
- risk control actions and explanation
WAM Training provides you with a choice in the level of service you require.
OPTION 1
WAM Training can provide a complete independent risk assessment service. We will visit your site and assess your plant via a manufacturer survey of your item of plant. Upon completing the initial survey of the plant WAM Training will create the final risk assessment report to your specific item of plant.
OPTION 2
WAM Training can produce a manufacturer survey. Your staff can then complete the survey and then provide the information to WAM Training. WAM Training will then create the Risk Assessment based on the information your own staff have provided.
BOTH OPTIONS PROVIDE RISK ASSESSMENTS THAT ARE NOT GENERIC.
THEY ARE INDIVIDUALISED TO EACH ITEM OF PLANT.

Machine specific Pre-Operational checklists for plant items
